Dr. Frechie is a great guy. He has a vibe about him that makes him feel like your dad or grandpa. Really intelligent, yet not intimidating. He tends to go on tangents, and he is a bit long winded. Though he tends to ramble, he is very wise and profound.

One of the best English professors I ever had. Actually, he's the best English professor I ever had. Come to think of it, he's the best professor (in any subject) I ever had. Everyone here seems to listen to him and like him. Smartest person I've met at the university. P.S-He's hot! Like majorly hot!!

Only had about half if the required classes since he always decided to not have class. Makes you get all the books but you never finish them. Don't bother reading can find summaries online you will be fine. Makes you do all kinds of stupid discussion topics on the BBVista page but barley checks. Would avoid. Waste of time!

Fave teacher of all time. I used to enjoy writing, but after I took Dr. Frechie's Writing for Pub class I wanted to write for a living (pipe dream, I know but still.) Fun class, funny guy, all around great time to be had by all. Be prepared to write!

Great professor. Always helpful, always friendly and always wiling to go the extra mile. His class is a little difficult because it requires a huge amount of thought and alot of writing. Sometimes he isn't very clear on what he wants from you ;but, that's part of the thinking process of the class.

The class I took was Evolution in Ideas. During one of the first classes he had us telling everyone why we are sexy... akward but appropraite to the context of the class. Very helpful if you don't understand something. Decent amount of reading and weekly short papers to write. I would take one of his classes again. You learn and you think.
