Be ready to read and post forums based on mandatory readings. There's a quiz each week and writing. As long as you keep up with the work and do your best, she will give you full credit.

Very responsive to emails. HW quiz every week and some weeks you will do forums & have to respond to your peers. Also a three part forum throughout the semester. Pretty easy class if you put in the work and don't slack off. She does take of half of your credit on some forums if you wait till Sunday to post the first one.

This is a three credit class, but it was more work than some of my four unit classes. Hours of reading and writing each week. The professor is unapproachable, gives unclear directions and sometimes does not answer emails. She talks for hours without any visual aids or a break. The last two classes are literally just group presentations.

A lot of reading, weekly journals to get done for the first 9 weeks of class, then there's a group project.

Her class was definitely NOT a cake walk BUT was very worth it gain so much knowledge on the subject and was very eye opening. Since it was a hybrid class and we only met once a week she assigned A LOT of reading/writing assignments. We had weekly journals due which included a lot of writing but also very interesting. Also no final and 2 projects

this professor gives weekly assignments that are easy to do. Everything is outlined in her syllabus, if you're lazy and don't keep track of what is do, you will fail, otherwise easy A.

Was really worried from past reviews but there was no group projects at all. Only assignments with groups is the online posting in which you need to comment on other students posts (which is every other week). Such a caring teacher and very passionate about the subjects.

Wow. One of the BEST teachers I HAD(which I had few of). Not many teachers are PASSIONATE about what they teach! SHE IS REAL. Her talks are always interesting, learned alot everyday. She did givea lot of reading and papers every week but she only wanted us to apply that knowledge we've gained and apply it to our experiences. Pretty funny and cool!

Prof. Cullity is an very interesting professor. Unfortunately, I am awful at online courses. I ended up completely missing the group project because not only do I hate group projects, but how are students to do group work online? Also, do read the books. If you can keep up with online class work you'll do fine. First online class? Maybe not.

Very political, if she doesn't like you on a personal level, your in for a long haul. Stay away very misleading when giving hw .

She is very passionate about sociology and challenges the class to think in different perspectives. Expect to read and write a lot. The class is an easy A if you do the readings. The class is long, but topics are relevant and interesting. I would take classes from her again.

One of the best SOC professors! Very knowledgeable and passionate. Expect a lot of work, a lot of hands on sociology but its great if you really have the intention to learn about our society. Highly recommended for my fellow SOC and CRIM majors!

For a class that is suppose to be basic, she acts as though its the only class you have with the amount of work assigned. The group project was a mess. I would never take her again and strongly recommend other students dont either.

She is passionate about the topic, but there is way too much work. Thinking about the work and looking at what you have to do by the due date is really overwhelming. She talks a lot even if the class would be almost three hours long, she will talk the whole time. This is the most work I have to do ever, which I think some should be done in class.

This was the hardest online class I have ever taken. An essay is due every other week and isn't even worth that many points. The opposite weeks require 2 discussions about the assigned reading. She was a hard grader and didn't make the class very interesting.

Professor Cullity gives students the syllabus, in which all assignments are included... So there's no excuse for not doing the work on time. There are readings, videos to watch, and mp3 files to listen to-- all very interesting. Don't forget to submit papers, responses, or quizzes on time.

Nice class & professor. She lets you know EVERYTHING in the syllabus on the first day. A few 2 page papers, discussion forums, weekly tests, a midterm, & a final. I wasn't very interested & spent little time working in this class & received a B.

I took her for an online class and it was easy to understand what she expected. She gives really good feedback, she likes to go into details. You read different things each week, and have a weekly quiz if you keep up with that and turn in everything you can't get anything lower than an A

I really like this teacher. If you take the online class, it's pretty easy. You have online quizzes every week, but you get 2 tries on each quiz. The midterm is online, it was a little long and you only get one try. The only thing I did not like about the class was that the final was a group project for a completely online class. Would take again.

Professor Cullity is a very nice lady. Other than that, do not take her. She loves to hear her own voice, so all she does is talk the entire class period. It's extremely boring ESPECIALLY if you are not a SOCCRIM major. I would not suggest this class to anybody.
