Wow--the person before me must have got a bad grade! Dr. Myers is great, and her classes are always interesting with good powerpoints and music (and sometimes she sings)--don't blame the prof 'cause you can't make the grade!

I've had Sharon for 4 or 5 courses so far, and I gotta say - she is really an awesome prof. She knows the material by heart, makes cute little quirky jokes, and is very much concerned about you doing well IF you do your work and go to class. She is always available for meetings/help after class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Such a lovely woman! I took her class for a WS credit, but I was so in to the material that I'm seriously considering taking more History classes. Sharon is a tough marker, but that only challenges you to improve yourself as a writer. It's a tough workload but if you come to class and do the readings, the marks will reflect your effort.

Ok....she is NOT hot. And, I really didn't enjoy her lectures. She said some really silly things (Stalin was simply an unpopular ruler?) However she appears to know her history....take it for what it's worth.

I'm not Canadian, so it was all new info.; I found she went a bit too fast. My hand was killing me by the end of class and so it's hard to know how much I actually learned from it, until after I reread all of my notes, but even that was hard b/c you can't write everything down. She was very nice.
