I would go to class to better understand the cases, but otherwise he just goes through the chapters in the textbook. Uses some funny examples, especially on his tests. The first two aren't bad, but the non-cumulative final was tough. All multiple choice this semester (Fall 2014). Definitely learned a lot about business law.

Overall, I would give Pollack a good rating. Class attendance is very important to do well. Most of the exam questions come straight from examples he uses in the class. The exams are not very difficult.

He's very helpful, but his tests are close to impossible, and he knows this. He tells you up front that the multiple choice questions are choose the "best" answer, meaning two are correct, but one is better. -___-

Lectures are pointless. Memorize the book. Final is hard, and its not cumulative!!! Seems like a nice guy, but he talks way too much. The material could be covered in half the time it takes for him to cover it.
