Minerals, Rocks, Fossils, and Maps is the name of the class. It is once a week for four hours, but don't expect to ever be there that long. Many times went less than an hour. There was a fieldtrip where we played in mud. There is no final, no tests, very little work. He is awesome, that class is the best. Take it! Take it! TAKE IT! Super easy A+

Well, I had to take his class even though I'm not a Geology major and have no Geology knowledge. If I had, it would have been great. Skip's a great guy, and he knows way too much about rocks.

It's impossible not to love Skip. When you're sitting there oblivious to whatever the hell skip's talking about, just tune him out and see the joy rocks and geology bring this man. It brightened my day. Basically, if you try even a little bit...you'll get a B. Don't stress, just take skip's class.

He is such a bad teacher that he curves the test like so much sometimes even 20 %. He is too smart for his own good. He thinks we know what he is talking about, but no one has any idea what he is saying. His notes are all pictures and nothing else. They have nothing to do with the tests. He is horrible, absolutly horrible...horrible!

What the hell went on in that class? If you know fill me in! I even went and got a tutor and I still got a C; that and all the tests had to be curved by almost 10% points. Isn't that a clue that something isn't right?

Well I had him for my Geology 101 class and although it was for a Gen. Ed., he was still hard. His tests were practically impossible and they were so curved, it was a wonder he didn't make them any easier because a 70% was a B...isn't that a clue Skip?

Really boring, but you can ditch classes if you just study off the books cd. Curves every test to the highest score makes the class extremely easy. Not a bad guy, really loves Geology, and the TA's are very friendly...

Skip is a complete nerd who really knows his stuff. His style is boring, but if you count how many times he says certain phrases in class, it helps the time pass.
