Sky is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. She's super engaged in the content of the class. I love that she treats her students like actual people. She's interested in getting to know who you are and she's always willing to give a helping hand when she can. She challenged me in my class and actually helped me realize what I am interested in studying. Very inspirational woman! Get to know this woman if you haven't already. She is spectacular!

Sky is about process over result. She really takes you through the steps and helps you learn a lot about your own learning styles. We attacked complex material and we are all sad the class is ending. Instead of a textbook you just pay for some photo copies because she doesn't want you to spend an arm and a leg. BEST CLASS I'VE TAKEN AT UMASS!

Good teach, dont take 'intro' as it beingt easy, apparently its the german writing req too. If you like german studies you will like this class. Lots of reading and discussion but you learn so i cant complain.
