Comment:

This man sparked my interest for economics. Very smart, sense of humor and relates current events to class work. His tests are interesting. He will set a test where the average mark is 40% then curve it up so you can potentially get over 100%. He never curves down, it is (in my opinion) the best way to mark tests. mostly Multiple Choice. Great Prof

Funny guy. Like everyone else said, mid-therm was impossible but the final was super easy. Over half the class failed the mid-term so he gave us the option of making our final worth 80% of our final mark, 20% being assignments. He is super easy going. He teaches really fast though, I did most of my learning on my own from the text.

Entertaining Prof, interesting subject. Very hard class. Marks on curve so that no one knows that half the students actually fail the tests...Questions from back of textbook chapters(which doesnt give answers, so find em online if you can).

He is a really good prof but he was really unfair for the mid term, he gave 50 minutes to complete 40 multiple choice and 5 long answer questions 3 worth 10 and 2 worth 15. Lots of people didn't even finish including myself and when it was brought up he didn't seem to care.

This guy knows it all. Very willing to help you get through the course if you are willing to work. The midterm and final are very difficult, but can be done if you study well. Best piece of advice, LEARN HOW TO WRITE QUICKLY!

Great prof. Knowledgable and interesting. Knows how to teach a class and keep it going forward. Can go a little fast, but forces you to be on your toes. Encourages discussion, but isn't afraid to tell you that you're completely, utterly wrong. :)

Good professor. Passionate about his work. The first midterm is always killer just because it is so long. So practice your timing when studying. The final is super easy (shorter than final and easier questions) and so too are the assignments. So, don't get discouraged if you did bad on the midterm.

He knows is stuff cold. A lot of people do poor in his class because they still have the highschool mentality. Read the text, don't skip, do practice problems,ask questions and you'll be fine. And if you can't undersand his accent, listen harder because he's pretty damn clear.
