Provided helpful guidance and clearly has spent exstensive time in the field. The "office" portion of the course needs more structure. We all must start in a low paying "technician" role and practice prior to becoming a well paid professional. Appears to attribute his field competancy to practical field experience more than academic credentials.

if you are a first year eng. student, now is the best time to switch to computer engineering. Dont listen to spiros about staying in geomatics, cause after u graduate u'll most likely end up with low paid jobs doing tasks that college graduates with a technical degree could do. If you don't believe me, do some market research and find out yourself

The tests and exams are based entirely on your understanding, rather than on your ability to memorize. The assignments are the most challenging i've ever had, and his ability to make you think and apply your knowledge is incredible. Great prof.
