Prof. Yuhl is awesome. Really a great Professor. Her class is by no means easy - but you'll learn a lot and more importantly, enjoy going to class. She looks to not only improve her students academically but prepare them for life.

Prof. Yuhl is one of the most interesting professors I've had at HC. Very engaging and prefers to teach her classes as discussions more than lectures. Overall, a great professor who should be taken by those interested in the course material but avoided by those seeking an easy A.

Yuhl is great. She adds a twist to US history and makes class lively and fulfilling. I feel like I could go to her with anything and she'd be willing to help. Although she is really fun, don't expect an easy class. She expects you to give it your all and challenges you along the way, but if you put the work in you'll get a lot out of her class

Although Professor Yuhl is extremely nice and helpful, she is ridiculously unfair when it comes to grading. She is does everything that she can to ensure that no one in the class gets an A, regardless of whether or not they truly deserve it.

An absolute genuis! Keeps you engaged, and makes you become an intellectual. Very, very highly reccomended. Her insight is surpassed by nobody, and she could teach at any college in the country. Holy Cross' best professor!

Rigorous grader (no A's for sure) - she pushes you to truly dish out your best, but class was always interesting and I never dreaded going. Lots of readings, but in the end she made me politically informed. Prepare for hard work but also some fun along the way.
