His course is one of the easiest course in CS. He purposely make even easier assignment and exams, excluding harder parts of lectures. His jokes alone makes going to class worthy.

Loves his Volvos and his ice cream. But pointless facts aside, this guy taught solidly and consistently. He is not a bad professor by any means, and at times he was funny. I am very glad I had him as a prof.

Enjoyable to listen to if you're interested in the material. You WILL sleep if you aren't. His voice doesn't move much but he will go as far as you want into the depths of topics. The exam Q's were an enjoyable departure from cut and paste textbook Q's

Good prof, scary course. It's good if you dip your toes in the waters of hardware before jumping into it, but suddenly abstracting geometric chip shapes with assembly structure is not easy. He knows it tho.

He knows his stuff pretty well and can teach it. The only knock on him is that he can be boring (but can be funny at times). I don't think he speaks loud enough, you can't hear him well at the back. You'll fall asleep if you find the material boring.
