First exam the class average was a high 50's. This teacher moved much too fast for a general physics class. No notes during exams, lots of homework, do not bank on having a motivational teacher if you pick this class. Labs are droll and it's a struggle to get through them. Lab reports were never good enough.

You literally have to just show up and you will do great. You must be mentally challenged not to pass as everyone has A's and B's. Take Goldy and you will be set.

I barely even read the textbook and I still have an A. He puts examples during the class lecture on the midterm. Definitely take him, its an easy A.

Best Professor EVER:) He curves tests and gives a bunch of extra credit. Explains things well, go to office hours if you need help and he will gladly help you. Most people have A's. Take him before its too late.

For Physics 120- His lectures are not clear and the exams are nothing at all to what he teaches. The labs are very time consuming and confusing. One time I asked him to solve a hw problem and it took him 45 minutes to solve and he was mumbling to himself, instead of explaining to the class. One of the worst teachers.

For a one unit class, there is lots of brain sucking work. Every week, a lab report is due, but each one requires very thoughtful writing and multiple physics equations. Expect to give lots of time to this class.

He's a nice guy, but it seems like he expects you to know the material prior to taking the class. The labs can be very confusing since he is using another teachers labs. It is not an incredibly difficult class, but it can be very confusing and frustrating at times if you are taking the lab simultaneously with Astronomy 110.

He doesn't explain things as well as some, but you can handle it if you're a science person and work hard. He is nice and sometimes mildly entertaining, His study guides provide good practice, but the questions are'nt identical to the ones on the tests.
