Easy A, if you read the text. Classes are kind of boring but he gives extra credit just for attending. Very helpful....even when taking the exams, pretty much will point you to the right answer.

The class was hard to stay awake in. The lectures are really boring. The good thing about this class is that the exams are multiple choice. There is also a group project but all the groups do very well in the projects. Thornburg actually fell asleep during a couple of groep presentations. He also curves a lot. That is the only reason I passed.

Great guy, tough class but not impossible. Its an upper level accounting course and should not expect to fly by w/o doing your work. Only accounting teacher whose exams were multiple choice, which helps out alot.Would recommend if you want to learn and get a glimpse at what the CPA would look like.

oh my god!! this guy confused the hell out of me. i had 7:30 am class which made it even worse. i enjoyED accounting, but this guy made me hate it. Tests are impossible, but does curve a lot. never paid attention because i couldnt understand what he was saying.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER!!! The worst teacher I have EVER had!!!!! Not just at UCF..EVER!!! I went to every class, took notes, and studied, and failed every test. The only reason I passed was because EVERYONE else in the class did so bad too and he curved the tests. I talked to people who did wel

He was awful!! all he basically did was go to the front of class brag about what he knew and put up different schedules never telling you what everything meant. I would not recommend him and i would def. take a different teacher.

Well as far as accounting goes he is one of the best this university has to offer. Take notes and go to class. Tests may be hard but at the end you will know your ****. He is better than either of the Salters. Might want to look into Scott Smith though.
