She is a nice and lets you submit assignments late if you talk to her. The key to success in this course is talking to her Your high school essays are not gonna fly in university.This class helped me learn the art of persuasion through writing.i didn't liked is that she wanted us to use "I" in research essay which is not allowed in any other class

She is by far the worst teacher I have ever had. She was not helpful in any way and often chooses favourites. Not clear on what she wants for essays, and wastes time in class using youtube videos and group work. I found the class so unbearable I had to drop out half way through the semester. I strongly suggest avoiding her classes.

She's a nice lady but I regret taking her class. Did not learn much and would recommend others TO NOT TAKE HER. She has no criteria of what she wants on her essays and marks hard ... talks about things that aren't even helpful. If she doesn't agree with your opinion then she will mark your essays according to that. DONT TAKE HER

I thought she was very nice, interesting, and extremely fair. Only one major essay that she was willing to go over with you. A lot of reading, and attendance is important. Be prepared to work for a good grade (as you're supposed to)

Sue Ann gives off the impression that she doesn't know any more about what she is teaching other than what is in her lesson notes, which the googles the night before. She is very difficult at the beginning of the semester, but gets a bit more lenient toward the end.

Likes having parents and guys in her class. She wants to let everyone in on the discussion, but rarely does. She's unclear as to what she assigns and because of this, her marking criteria changes based upon her mood. Teaches interesting subject material, but lives in a fantasy land in which you only have her class and only need to work on her work.

She seems like she would be a good teacher if she stopped focusing on the fact that she co-wrote a text book. She doesnt actually teach much, she just assigns a number of essays, and expects your writting to improve with little help. A nice lady, but not the best teacher.

She's not very good with technology, always asked one person to set up her powerpoint. Teaching-wise she definitly likes you if you have kids and will ask your opinion more than anyone else's. A large reading workload and somewhat boring discussions, but she is helpful if you have questions. Doesn't really give out any notes.

Sue Ann is great! She's adorable...just mention the book I'll Love You Forever and you'll see. Very easy going and she'll accept assignments via e-mail and still give good feedback which is very helpful if you have a hectic schedule. Great reading material as well...be prepared to have a completely different view of fairy tales after this course.

Good prof. If you have an issue with how she marked something, you can ask her about it and she may even let you improve the grade. Very relaxed, opened atmosphere. She may be critical of what you write, but it's not a malicious critical. I highly recommend taking her classes.

Sue Ann is a wonderful person and a fun professor. Her lectures are energetic, her attitude is positive, and she is always willing to help you improve. Her assignments are fair, as is her marking. Good selection of works for study. I would certainly take another class with her again.
