SHe is a horrible teacher. Very condescending. A prime example of someone who has gone out into "industry" and returned to teach. Very unclear in assignments, and almost gets angry if you don't have to pay close attention to understand the class. Worst prof I had.

Hard class. She doesn't use examples with actual code so you basically have to teach yourself to code for the programs. Class required because of homework. Go to recitatoin, TA's do help a lot.

What a worthless teacher. If I wanted to learn Cobol on my own I would have bought a 1-2-3 book at Amazon! She like to blab but doesnt show many examples. Hey Mrs. T, not everyone wants to work at Principle or be a ComS major, so get over yourself.

TA's will teach you everything you need to know, so don't miss recitation. Mrs. T isn't as bad as everyone makes her out to be, but she's definitely very opinionated. Lectures are worthless but required.
