She enjoys having conversations with her students, and she has a lot to say about a lot of things, which means she is easily sidetracked! Yay! But seriously she is an awesome English teacher and as long as you do the readings you will be fine. If you ask her nicely enough she will help you out. Genuinely wants you to succeed.

I had her back when she was a teaching student. I don't know how, but I left high school with a D in English & left BC an English major w/honors. Now a gainfully employed writer. I owe it to her for helping me find my voice. She introduced me to the world of writing & literature that changed my life. After 20 yrs I still remember that first day.

Interesting lectures! FUN! BUT... not a class for an easy A... you really have to work for that! But if you do put in some efforts you'll get a B for sure~ I still love her even though I didn't get an A (:
