very good teacher, my favorite out of all of the college. also, she was my advisor and went way beyond my expectations in helping me. her classes are somewhat easy but do require some work on your part. she likes new ideas a lot in your writing so if your creative you will do very well in her class.

I loved this class. It didnt even seem like a 2 hours class at all. She is funny and wants her students to do well. I got an A in this class and I wish I could have taken her more often. By the way, take Tech Comm with Patterson if you can in place of business communication. It's about the same stuff but she makes it fun!

Ms. Patterson has an awesome personality and she's a great teacher. I found it hard to understand exactly what it was she wanted at times, even after asking for more explanation, but once I figured it out it was easy from there.

I took her over the internet, so it is hard to rate helpfulness, but she was very clear on what we had to do and when it was do. She chooses works that really make you think. She likes essays to be concrete and not too abstract. Make your point and explain why. Would recommend
