Class overall was easy if you did all of the work and tried to follow the directions she gave. More often than not the directions would be ambiguous and you would have to guess at what she was looking for. Otherwise, fairly easy class with a good pace for an online class.

Ironically extremely bad at communicating with students, even though she teaches communication studies. Assignments and due dates aren't made clear and she is far from lenient/forgiving when it comes to misunderstandings with said assignments. The material itself is easy, but I would not take any of her classes again.

Likes to talk about herself a lot (which can be annoying) however the class is pretty much average. Read, attend, and get a easy grade. I personally would take this class again but with a different instructor. Expects perfection and usually won't go out of her way to help.

Rudest professor I've ever encountered. She could be nice to people but chooses to be mean instead. She expects all work submitted to be "absolutely error free" and yet, her instructions for assignments are so full of errors that its hard to understand them sometimes. Do your internship through the career center, NOT the COM department. Trust me.

The class itself is easy. Most of the work is done online and she does quick lectures, but make sure you're there because clicker points are a big part of your grade. There are 3 case study group projects, but are simple and can be done in class except for the final one which takes more time. Only 3 tests and they are online. Would recommend class.

She is very nice but a hard grader. She has a lot of online work which helps with your grade a lot. She talks about herself for examples in class a lot and uses email and communicates through technology. This class was interesting. Go to class do the work and pay attention. I loved her as a teacher.

Tammy is the hardest grader I've ever had. I kept thinking if her instructions were a little more clear, then maybe I could have done a little better. Constantly makes you feel like you're never going to be good enough. The toughest challenge for me was working incredibly hard on an assignment and not feeling like I was getting the grades I deserve

A nice woman but a tough grader. To get an A go to class, take notes, read the book! You will get the grade you deserve. Her test are online and she grades papers extremely tough. She took a whole letter grade off an assignment because I posted it to the wrong forum. She talks about herself because she gives examples of her personal communication.

She does participation quizzes everyday. She only talks about herself. She is VERY annoying with online work and everything revolves around her. Not hard to make a B but extra effort for an A.. DO NOT TAKE HER

LAZY AND EGOTISTICAL. Didn't even have a syllabus the first two weeks of class because she was "so busy" over the summer and proceeded to talk 4 class periods about her busy career. All we do is presentations and have her harshly ridicule us. Learned NOTHING. basically like taking Public Speaking all over again but with more work and group projects

As long as you're keeping up with the reading, going to class (and paying attention), and keeping an eye on blackboard assignments, you will do just fine in this class. This is college, if you're not working hard you shouldn't be expecting an A! And trust me, Dr. Bulger won't give you an A if you aren't putting in the necessary effort.

Everyone says you have to read the book. Yeah it's kinda true, but the book's not as long as you think. It's really not that hard of a class, I would've gotten an A if I had gone to class more than I did. Go to class, it's important.

You have to be in class because there is participation quizzes everyday. She usually only talks about herself in class. There are tons of assignments that are easy but the only way to pass the midterm and final is to read the ENTIRE book. She's not understanding of late work at all. Don't recommend.

If you are looking for an easy grade, don't choose this teacher. Yes classes are easy but the tests that she gives are ridiculous. To be able to pass them you have to read all of the chapters completely along with the notes she gives. She does not go over all the concepts she puts on the test. Don't waste your time and find another teacher.

Ehh. All she talks about is herself, the entire time. Take the class, if you're into that kind of thing. She's annoying, but as long as you always check BlackBoard for assignments you'll get a good grade. Test are random, hard, blah. She's doesn't explain things well. Class is a bore but you can easily get a B!

Honestly wish I didn't take this class. The things you learn are almost useless and the material is bland. Tammy is a decent lecturer, but you have to learn a lot straight out of the textbook because she cancels class A LOT so there is minimal instruction time which does not set you up well for the test. Warning: She is very perky in the mornings!

Despite the warnings I received before entering this class I decided to give this professor a chance anyway.HORRIBLE IDEA. She is not only unclear but is extremely unhelpful. She uses class time to mainly talk about herself, with an ego the size of Texas. No wonder why her husband lives in a different city I wouldnt be able to live with that either

Horrible professor. Uses class as a forum to talk about how she's such a great communicator. Bigger ego than Kanye. Is not willing to compromise on any issue with regards to students' grades, so make sure you're on top of everything. If conflict arises she'll run to Olsen, her lapdog, to validate her opinion without having to consider yours.

She can be wishy-washy with questions- it's either her way or the highway! But the material is easy, she basically goes straight from the book. Lecture is pretty interesting. No complaints!
