LOVED HER, my favorite professor at OU so far! Shes so nice and makes class interesting. Didnt use the textbook, but you need Children of Divorce. Go to class, attendance is graded, doesnt put her PowerPoints online. One paper to write, it was time-consuming but very easy. She offers lots of extra credit so you can succeed! Taking her again!

One of my favorite professors I've ever had. You definitely need to pay attention, take notes, and study. She knows what she's talking about and takes questions and gives great feedback. Her passion for her subjects made it so much more fun to be in class.

She is a great person but bad professor. The exams were near impossible to pass. Students would ask her questions in class and she would make up her answer then change it. Attendance is mandatory. If you miss more than 3 classes, you're done. I would personally never take her again due to her being EXTREMELY unclear on assignments and exams.

Terri is one of my favorite professors I've ever had. She recognized my genuine interest in the subject and offered me an internship with her. She's very intelligent and leads very engaging and interesting lectures. Her tests have a lot of information on them but it's easily doable if you pay attention to the lecture, take notes and study.

NO JOKE READ THE BOOK!! i took an entire notebook of notes, so bring a good pen, a highlighter and maybe a colored pen to underline. Make sure your notes are clear, and don't be afraid to ask her to repeat herself!! she talks very fast. READING THE BOOK IS A MUST!! you wont follow the information well if you don't read the book!

I didnt like her. She talks to us like we are in 1st grade, and her grading is redonculous. She is helpful though when it comes to other things but she is very unclear. I wouldnt take her again. I recommend you dont either.

Very nice teacher, but very disorganized. She often tells you one thing and then when you ask about it says another. She very confusing when she explains things and I wouldn't recommend taking her unless you really understand the subject ahead of time.

I highly recommend this class and Orbuch! She is awesome. She really knows what she's talking about and she explains things well. If you have questions she is more than willing to help you. Read the books and go to class and you'll do well. My favorite professor so far at OU!

the self proclaimed "love doctor" has such a big ego and grades really harshly. she always talks about how well known she is and how great her classes are when they are very boring and uninteresting.

not the greatest professor unless you LOVE soc/psych. exams are hard and lectures are really boring. she lets out like 15 mins early but she is always rambling and reallyyy boring. try to not take her unless you need to.

Professional, personable and will try her hardest to help you if you need it. She is very well known in Soc and Psy. One person you deserves the respect that is asked of her position. Stays on topic. Very nice. Lectures move a bit slow, she never finishes the material she plans on covering, and always ends class early. I've taken her 3 semesters in a row and I highly recommend any of her classes. She is a bit skatter-brained, but her assignments/exams are easy.

Decent professor...can be a bit boring at times and her teaching style is very repetitive - listen to lecture and take notes - and she gives tough tests. But she is friendly/nice and does want to see the students succeed. I won't recommend, but I wouldn't discourage either.

She is GREAT. Very passionate about the material and the way she presents it makes it easy to remember..even though its on the difficult side. Great examples, and easy to relate it to real life situations. I HIGHLY recommend. She is an awesome, fun person too. Great class. I would take another class with her in a heartbeat.

Personally speaking: I wont be taking her again. She is to caught up in her own personal gradification to clearly communicate the info. It is not user friendly. Lots of material per test!She grades super hard. There is a presentation not listed in the syllabus.
