Made the class way more difficult than it needed to be. Provided copies of last years quizzes and exam to study, but quizzes & exam this year covered completely different material. Wanted very specific answers to his quizzes and you wouldn't get the marks if you didn't word it the way he wanted. The online quizzes were much easier

Possibly the worst prof I have ever had. Does not follow textbook or syllabus. Lectures are confusing. Quizzes were difficult. The final exam was terrible. I did not know how to answer half the questions. The R part of the exam was even worse. I would recommend to avoid this prof as much as you can!

Nice guy but goes WAAAAAY off the syllabus. He uses this software called R. He said that it wash't going to tested but then 2 WEEKS before the final exam he said oh ya its gonna be on the exam. Which I was fine with because I did all the work but when we got it I knew nothing. It was so hard and there was not enough time. Hated that exam experience

The school should have other sections for ec295. My friends and I love statistics, and we did a good job on EC285. but this guy did a great job extinguishing our interest on this subject and make it a not only tedious but also frustrating course.

Promised no proofs and video lectures to supplement actual lectures. Syllabus was incomplete when course started and deviated completely away from it. There ended up being proofs on the exam, and video lectures were often sparse and unrelated to actual lecture. Does not respond to email and takes forever to mark. Avoid this prof if you can.

I enjoyed his online lectures. But he changed what he was gonna teach according to the syllabus, and stopped posting online videos. He taught what seemed like the same thing for most of the semester, but you needed to know the whole textbook. He's a smart guy, but doesn't care for the students & doesn't answer emails.

He did change the syllubus a lot and defered our midterm triple time. He did whatever he wants and gave a shxx about your feelings. Now he changed the weight of the assignments, the midterm, and insist that it is beneficial. There was 10 marks for participation until he changed his mind again.I am getting 0 though I attended almost every time

He is a good prof and is passionate about the subject. I enjoyed the class, it was difficult but interesting. My only complaint is that the guy never answered a single email I sent him! I would ask questions after class and he'd tell me email me about it the term ended and I never got my questions answered.

Excellent lecturer, but I can't get much feedback from him. I assume this is because he is busy with other things (being a Dean and all) . I'd say if you take his class hire a tutor because he wont explain anything outside of class. This means if you dont know what you are doing wrong you're out of luck.

Levesque is a man who earns your respect. This professor is one of the most interesting people I've met at WLU. This class is difficult. Most people lack the ability to do well in Econometrics at any level. His teaching style of using assignments is nice. Work in teams and an A is achievable. Wish he taught more classes but alas he is a dean.

Great Proffessor! As much as he has made a few hiccups with online examinations (lost all grades after submission), I do appretiate his efforts to explore new teaching styles and examination methods. You all should agree this is better than just using the text publishers definition heavy ppt slides, and fewer than two examination data points.

tell you a few things: he taught you without telling statistic notifications; bad writing, I didn't know which notifications they are; Use expensive software without teaching "just use Help fuction to search, you should know"; Back and forth to use STATA in campus; put all exam paper outside his office, not private confidence. My gift to him:throwi
