He's nice, but the class is hard. You need to read the front page of every section of the Wall Street Journal for every class (and pay for the subscription.) The test's are really hard, but he does curve them. All he does is read off the powerpoints provided by the textbook- so you do have to teach yourself all the material.

This half of man refused to incorporate reality into his classes. He was reluctant to debate because if the text didn't say it, it wasn't true. Any intelligent professor would have the wherewithal to debate freely without leaning on a text for every fact. He was terrible and you can pass his class if you memorize the text.
