Do not take this class if you are lazy, don't care and don't want to. Fr. King is incredibly passionate and insanely intelligent regarding his work. Funny quips, videos and great lectures make class interesting and fun. Good deal of reading, but all very pertinent and highly applicable to subject. An ass kicker of a class, but worth every minute.

By far the best History professor I have ever had. The man is a geinius as well as a Priest. my favorite quote from him "Russia couldn't find their ass with 2 hands and a roll of Toilet Paper." I wish I could have taken more classes from him.

This man is the smartes man i know, he is an absolutely great teacher. All you have to do is not be lazy and read the 30 pages or so that he asks and the class is easy, in the sense that you learn the info and retain it.
