Comment:

If you want to pass read your textbook. His notes are very unorganized and tends to mess up a lot. He mainly focuses on the definition behind a certain topic rather than giving a few examples on the topic. Although he is a very nice man he spends most of his time trying to figure out technology and trying to find his notes. I do not recommend him.

Comment:

Excellent Prof. He's extremely fair with regards to quizzes, midterm and the final. No curve balls at all. Highly recommend to do the practice midterms and finals from the book store and ALL practice questions from the textbook. Overall, he wasn't difficult, but made the exam so if you didn't attend class you wouldn't do very well.

Insanely nice guy but incredibly unorganized. Focuses way too much on theory and needs more examples. Makes the class harder than it should be and often starts a problem, messes up, and says scratch that, making you disregard what you wrote. Wastes so much time trying to figure out the technology he is using but again is a very nice guy.

He can talk about math, but he doesn't teach it. He also tends to make concepts more difficult than they really are. He is accessible outside of class, however his explanations are still not clear. I ended up learning a lot of the required content from multiple external resources such as Khan Academy and Grants Tutoring.

Hard class Doesn't post notes online Writing could be greatly improved He makes a class hard from things that are really easy to fix. Tends to forgot to put what he's doing in context making abstract math difficult to follow

Very disorganized. His lecture examples used variables instead of numbers which made it hard to follow concepts. Consistently made errors throughout his work and wouldn't notice until the lecture was ending or unless someone pointed it out. Cared about students and made himself available, however. Final was extremely difficult. Bottom line, avoid.

Old School mathematician, but surprisingly messes up on the simple arithmetic of example questions. He does his lectures exactly from the textbook, and gives little detail as to why he does certain things. Overall not a good prof.

Great Prof! He kinda went on tangents, but really enjoyed what he was teaching. If you can't keep up with him and what he is saying, you will get completely lost, but if you are smart enough to listen and copy notes, you'll do fine and he'll be a great prof!

Would spend a whole class doing one example, then try to squeeze in a new concept in the last 5 minutes of class. The way he introduced material was really confusing. Gets off topic alot. I wouldn't recommend choosing him as your Calc prof.

Worst teach I've ever had! His classes are useless, he will do an example that takes the whole class to finish, and then one of his students will say they got a different answer for that question and he'll relize he did the whole thing worng and try to correct it in the last 5 min of class. This prof was a was of my time!
