Professor Linden was one of the best professors I've ever taken. His lectures were very well done and he used lots of examples with the concepts in order for us to get a better idea of the material. He provides extra credit opportunities to boost your grade. Such a funny guy and a great professor!

The material itself isn't difficult. Lectures explain basic concepts with examples. Tests expand concepts so read the textbook to better understand unfamiliar topics. Connects with students for examples, even in a 200+ person lecture hall- which keeps things interesting. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the lectures but somewhat struggled on his exams. They were sort of challenging even though I really understood the material. There is a LOT of extra credit and the iClicker is a free easy 10 points. He is a very kind person and is super easy to approach.

BEST professor I've had. He is absolutely adorable. He really knows what he's talking about when he lectures us. He gives us the assignments ahead of time. For each chapter we have a 10Q. quiz on the last day of lecture. If you do the assignments and pay attention you'll get an a. He also makes u do research participations for a grade

Offers a lot of extra credit, wants you to pass. He is very knowledgable but reading the book was helpful because lectures aren't always enough. 10/10 would take again!

Not a difficult class, attendance isn't mandatory. Probably could've taught myself if necessary. He uses many examples which is nice, but is very condescending. After our first exam, when grades were somewhat low, he asked for recommendations on what to change about the learning structure. Every helpful student suggestion was forcefully denied.

Amazing prof. Lecture style class, and he makes outlines for notes. He doesn't go off any powerpoint though, so you have to go to class to understand the material. Very clear with what items will be on exams. Exams are easy if you study. Lots of online assignments and one iclicker quiz per chapter. Extra Credit, and he curves the exams a few points

Linden is a great professor. He's very engaging, and he makes his lectures applicable to your life and your career. He's funny and the subject material is interesting. He can be quirky, but that makes class a little more interesting at 8 am. His exams are very fair, and he designs the class for success. Solid choice for a professor :)

The only thing Linden is good at is everything (outlines for lectures, extra credit, gives many great examples and much more) for ALL exams. And WANTS his students to pass and succeed. Very nice, caring and respectful. Always willing to help and answer questions. Asks for feedback from students to make positive changes in class, NEVER argues back.

The only thing Linden is good at is cramming all of the information for one exam into one lecture, and then expecting students to pass. Very rude and condescending. Never willing to help or answer questions. Asks for constructive criticism, but then argues back.

Linden doesn't use any powerpoints when he lectures. He tends to miss a lot of topics because if this. He makes template for notes, but doesn't give you all the information to fill it out and half the time when I leave class my notes are blank in many many spaces. Reading the book is very important because he barely teaches the material.

Very confusing, there is no direction in his class. We had several papers and he did not even have a solid rubric for the papers. When you ask him a question he is very arrogant and talks down to you. I wouldn't waste your time to be honest.

Prof. Linden is probably the funniest professor I've ever had. His lectures are great, which makes it easy to want to go to class (which is basically a must). He goes over most everything in class and gives real-world examples, but he does assign readings from the book. The book is easy to understand, though, and the workload isn't bad at all

Prof. Linden has iClicker quizzes once a chapter. He's a funny guy, and his lectures are engaging. The only thing I don't like is he doesn't take questions during lecture, and if he does, he often makes you feel dumb for asking. But he thoroughly explains things, and he makes psychology really interesting and applicative

Graded the HW very subjectively. Online quizzes were very hard & covered info not in the book. Lots of extra credit opportunities. Easy in-class clicker quizzes & you get to discuss the answers before you submit them. Good examples. But never finishes covering the material in class. Tests were pretty easy if you studied.
