Comment:
Dr. Ludwig is an incredible professor, and very grandfather like. He spends the first 5 minutes of every class explaining what we should be doing that night, so he definitely babies his students. Very easy class- do your homework (1 chapter and quiz a night) and you will do well. There are plenty of opportunities for extra credit in his class.

Professor Ludwig is the best professor I have had at Hope College thus far. He is extremely kind, helpful, and caring. He wants what's best for you. There is a decent amount of homework but it is beyond helpful to prepare you for the class. If you put in the time and effort, not a bad class at all.

Really good professor and enjoys what he does. I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone going into psychology. He makes sure he knows everyones name and encourages everyone to come to his office hours for questions. His test can be difficult, but as long as you look at the study terms he gives you, it should be an easy grade!

Prof. Ludwig is so helpful and sweet. He really knows what he is talking about too! Gets to know the name of everyone in the class. Gives quick feedback and is always there to help! We had online quizzes and tutorials that seemed tedious, but were helpful. He makes you want to learn. Ludwig is wonderful!

Dr. Ludwig is so beyond nice. He worked really hard to make sure students got the grades they deserved, and was very interesting. I feel that he really loves to teach...and thats not something that every prof still has. Take his classes...but expect to do the work...or don't expect a good grade.

It's like having Psychology with Santa Claus. He's been there a long time, but he is VERY knowledgeable and LOVES his classes. He made me love Psychology. Explains things perfectly, and also lets you make test corrections. Friends all complained about other PSY 100 profs, but never heard a complaint about Dr. Ludwig!

Nicest guy ever. Extremely intelligent and definitely knows his stuff. Tends to lose track of time, but that's just because he gets so into teaching about something. Explains things crystal clear. Great class, really interesting! Good choice for the social science requirement. Soft spoken guy - hard to believe he was in a rock band for years!
