I had the pleasure to be apart of the Finance Honours class with him. He's one of the nicest people I met in my life. He's a scholar and expects the same effort and dedication from you. What you put in you'll get back and the things you learn will stay with you. Taking the Honours class with him was easily the best experience I had at JMSB!

People are confusing nice with being a good teacher. He's very nice, but he can't teach. His slides are useless and he doesn't prepare you for the midterm and final. Can't control the class, just talks a bit louder. But he does show you how to use a financial calculator.

Great guy. Knows his stuff, is very nice and reasonable. Explains well and knows the stuff inside out. He has a low voice so I recommend sitting at the front of the class. I got an A+.

The best teacher at JMSB - period! Extremely knowledgable, always enthusiastic and well prepared. I took both COMM308 and FINA411 with him - too bad he doesn't teach other courses. His exams aren't easy but very fair - everything that was on the exams was discussed in class. If you can, try to take him. But be careful - his sections fill up early!

Had the worst class with him, they wouldn't shut up but I bet they all failed anyways. He is a great teacher, loves the the material and if you practice problems and attend lectures, you'll do good. He is very helpful if you need it. Very nice guy, and prepares you well for the exams. I would take him again, knows his stuff.

Useless.. You may as well read the slides. Cause thats all he does.. oh and he can't control a class for the life of him. As opposed to kicking out noisy people he turns on a mic. Almost completely useless. Although I hear if you go see him in his office he provides you with extra help and provides most answers to things.

I absolutely loved him. I couldn't of asked for a better teacher! I'm math illiterate and ended up getting a B+ in this class. His explanations are clear, his notes are good and he reviews before the midterm and final. Not many teachers do that. If I'd have to take another finance class, I wouldnt take it with neone else!

Good professor. Goes by slides, and supplements to chapers, to only 3 chps if I remember. Explains how to use the FINANCIAL calculator! VERY IMPORTANT! NO other professor will do that for you!!! Wahab will only throw formulas at you! Explains well if you listen! Helpful/ emails back fast! Great guy!

Great Prof! The semester was a bit rushed because he went to 2 conferences and made up for it with Sunday classes, but to make sure that we were well prepared for the Final he even gave an extra review lecture. I feel that he really cares about his students. PS: Register early - his classes fill up quickly!

Walker is not easy (both the midterm and final were tough), but in the end, he is a fair grader. What is great is that he really knows how to deliver. Every lecture was interesting and he is unbelievably enthusiastic about what he is doing. Take him - I promise you won't regret it!

He is a nice person, however he doesn't teach very efficiently. He gets disturb easily, so he is slow in teaching the chapters. Also the examples he used are useless. When you asked him for explanation, he will only tell you the formula to use, and let you do it. He's very tricky, so if you take him, you're pretty much on your own!

Alright people. I am going to make this as clear as possible. Walker isn't easy. In general, this course isn't easy. I screwed up the midterm but I almost got 100% on the assignments and studied like a dog for the final and I managed (after he CURVED) to pull off an A-!! And I had a very good tutor! It cost me a nice chunk of change but it paid off
