monotone, he uses no examples, unless you want to pay someone that doesn't teach you anything thatn take his class. the class started at 37 when I dropped there was only 11 left. terrible instructor.

Simply said, I truly enjoyed his class. I'm horrible at math. I have been my whole life. With his well thought out, logical teaching style I was able to grasp topics I hadn't previously. I am currently taking math 1150 with him as well. Great teacher, helpful, easy to understand. I would recommend taking a class wit him : )

I have had two classes with this instructor and enjoyed both classes. He does tend to talk but he makes it about the real world. Real examples. Answered all and any questions we had. Stayed after and showed up early incase anyone needed extra help. Totally recommend this instructor to anyone who hates math. I did, but I am ok with it now.

He was terrible teacher. I strongly suggest that you switch teachers before taking the class. He wouldnt go over any questions before you took the test. he just went over the chapter and thats it. around 26 kids started only 10 left the last day.

He was very confusing. It got to the point that I was so lost at the beginning, I was failing, that I ended just going to class to take the tests and leaving after words. I taught myself everything that I needed to know. I ended raising my grade on my own just because he is so hard to understand.

Wow. Some of these people are so ignorant. Here is an OBJECTIVE opinion on Tim H. He completely revamps the teaching style one would be used to, and replaces it with an extremely logical way of thinking about math. He presents it in such a way that if you take higher math classes, you have NO problems understanding them. One of the best teachers.

Not happy that the 150+ homework problems per week didn't count toward the grade nor were they even reviewed/graded. Gives points for attendance-you will need them! Stick to his packet and take each note he writes down. Moves very quickly, no test reviews, don't even ask! Just barely got a C! (WHEW!)

He is the hardest teacher and the most confusing teacher I have ever had. He's boring and does not give out extra credit and does not check homework or grade on that. He only grades on tests and if you pass you pass if not ohh well. He changes the way you were taught and confuses you. yeah hell answer problems but confuse you. I wont take him again
