Tim is a really cool guy, but as a professor can be difficult. Most of the class is his opinion and half of the time we never finish the notes yet will still be tested on them. He told us we only needed to read the text if we wanted to sleep, but the text was expensive. There is a lot 9 page take home tests along with lengthy, tedious homework.

Tim's the man simply said. Class is not hard because lets you use plenty of cheat sheets on every test. Some are even take home. Only down side some questions never covered in class don't know where they from. However, Tim is the nicest guy and sends out the best emails. Highly recommend Tim.

AMAZING CLASS. easiest A ever. he tells the most ridiculous stories and gives you cheat sheets taht you literally copy the answers from. he is weird, but has great guest speakers and you get out early every day.

I would avoid taking a class from Tim at all costs. While he is a nice guy who really knows his stuff, he is also quite loony (he calls his wife "mother") and he treated our class like we were all in special ed. Test questions come completely out of nowhere, and i learned far more from the book than from the class. Way too much work for nothing.

Tim is hilarious, definitely take his class. Attendance isn't mandatory, but you get extra credit if you go. Tests can be a little confusing, but he gives you a lot of chances for extra credit. All the other assignments he gives 100% on. Seriously, take him, he is such a funny and nice guy.

Nice guy, willing to talk with you during office hours. However, most of his tests are poorly written and a lot of questions do not reflect what is taught in class or what is in the text. However, if you put in enough effort, you should get a good grade, even with his grading scale, which seems ridiculous at first.

He is a very good teacher. He is very helpful, and if you don't understand somthing, you can talk to him outside of class easily. He seems hard at first, but its not too bad. He is a little unclear about what he wants on his tests, but that just makes you study harder, and learn a bunch of stuff you won't need for a test, but is good to know.

Starts off like he's going to be hard (scary looking syllabus), but not hard at all! He gives extra credit on tests, he lets you have cheat sheets, he answers practice test questions for you (and the practice tests=real test), and lets you turn in papers late. (Shhh!) Awesome teacher!

His class is easy enough, but getting an A can be tricky. Not hard really, but not much room for errors. He gives a lot of extra credit on tests and with drawn tickets. The only hard part is that sometimes he tests on stuff that you don't read and he doesn't talk about, but it can be figured out if you try. Just dont say if your Republican like me.

I love Tim. I had to rate him cuz I had to bring up his score, by the score it would look like he was hard, when he isn't hard at all! He lets you use cheat sheets for test, and the test questions are mostly based on a practice test he gives you!

I loved the class. Tim's grading was always fair. His wit and humor throughout lecture maintained my interest. He was always willing to go over confusing material with you outside of class if needed.

liked his class. Intro to Spec Ed. The best part is the journal reviews -- picked what i wanted to learn about and learned alot. his multiple-choice chapter tests always have mistakes in them.
