Professor Sipe is a phenomenal professor, but he is a very strict grader. His Bio110 class is incredibly thorough and contains a behemoth amount of information. His class requires a large amount of participation, commitment, and skill. In short: Take Sipe if you're ready for a challenge. You'll learn a lot, but it'll be intensive.

Comment:

Professor Sipe is by far one of the best professors on this campus. The bottom line is that he wants you to succeed, as long as you're willing to work hard. If you're taking his class, do it right or don't do it at all. This man will thoroughly prepare you for future classes and labs. Plus, his mustache is phenomenal. HIGHLY recommended.

Professor Sipe was a good teacher and is a good man, but his class was at times boring. The reading load was very heavy and papers and homework were graded toughly. He's very open to changing the course around to make it best for us students. Decent professor and the class would be great with some changes.

Prof Sipe is really nice and helpful, he wants to see his students succeed. Unfortunately, the class is REALLY boring. if you have AP credit (4 or 5) use it!!!! don't waste your time- take something else.

The course itself is unbelievably useless and boring, but Sipe does his best to make it interesting and get you involved and honestly cares about you as a student. Worst part of the class was lab, because it took forever and he graded hard on papers and quizzes, but otherwise, anyone can get an A+!
