Worst Teacher I have ever had. He does put down students and will not answer queations. Also, if you go to his office hours, and you ask him a question that he thinks is stupid, he'll just say your wasting his time and send you to the help room. He gets sadistic pleasure out of students failing. Don't bother, he thinks he is god.

Todd's teaching and interpersonal relationship qualities are so severely lacking, i'd rather gouge my eyes out with forks than sit through another lecture with him. The second time around you learn his style, but the student criticizing never ends.

Got an A in 250, but 251 sucks. Hes still a terrible teacher, but the tests are still right from his examples. Gives pop quizzes that are impossible and 5% of your grade EACH! Also, new lab graders are idiots. One day I get an A on a lab, the next a D. It all depends on whose grading them.

Pretty good teacher, he gives examples and notes that sometimes are word for word on the exam. Very fair with curving and assisting with grades.

This class is easy if you go to lecture and review the problems he does in class. Even if you dont do that well on the tests, there is usually a generous curve, like 15 pts so that helps

Todd does of a decent job of explaining the concepts of the material. Definitely does NOT make the extra effort to help his students learn. No notes online or practice exams. Finally, Todd lacks the social skills to interact with students. Someone else (Ph. D) should be teaching this class.

What an ***. This teaher is ridiculous. I wonder why he is teaching here. He doesn't even have his PhD. Don't waste your time with this guy, unless you like to kiss his ass. And for those who do get A's, I bet it's the second time taking him. He fails half teh class every semester

One of the worst teachers I have ever had at NIU. I am graduting in 3 days and would never recomend this dude. He puts down students, never answers questions, and does not care wheter you learn the material. NIU should be ashamed to have this man around. He is a complete prick except to suck ups.

Todd is hilarious when he shoots down other students for asking stupid questions. I'm convinced that he is Satan; he even has a goatee. Just do the problems in lecture and the tests should be a breeze. Don't ask a stupid question or he'll make you look like a fool.

This class is easy, as long as u GO TO CLASS and do the homework problems, there is no reason at all why anyone should fail. i never even studied or opened my book until the night before an exam and i got a B for Phys 250. He gives extra credit, curves alot,& test questions just like those in class.

The class isnt all that bad. I mean, if you do really well on the first test (a baby should), you should pass the class. The labs help out, since they're pretty much free points. Yes, he doesnt explain all that well. But you have a book, notes and online problems. Get over it, people.

It's tough material, and I am struggling to learn it. I can't blame the professor though. It is definitely possible to earn a good grade in this class, but practice is required.

Tests are basically the practice problems he gives but w/ different #'s. Lots of examples during lectures. Overall good prof if you're willing to do the practice problems in the book! (ps- hes got CRAZY bug eyes!)

The way he leactures isn't very structured, the practice exams are nothing like his real test. Your best bet would devoting alot of time to your text books or taking it at kish.
