Prof. Bruckner is amazing, I've personally been inspired by him and how he handles his class. Pros: -Interesting -funny -knowledgeable Cons: -none Sidenote: Just like any science class, you will have to work if you want the A. He gives amazing review sheets that are practically the test, if you do badly in his class it is YOUR fault, not his.

Didn't need this class, but math (a bit) and space aren't for me. He's really nice, gives you every opportunity to succeed and responds to emails quickly. Astronomy night is fun if you get a good group who works hard. One bad thing: he kept suggesting everything should be easy because we're honors students. Take 105 before you take 106.

Thomas Bruckner loves what he does. He's very proffessional, you'll never be bored in his class. He uses blackboard for the homework, usually six questions. I loved his class. He is such a hard worker, he's the chairperson of the department and use to be the person in charge of the Honnors' Program. He usually acts as the Astronomy's club advisor.

Prof. Bruckner leads a delightful class, fosters enthusiasm, relays passion for the content, & is genuinely interested in his students. He offers an abundance of extracurricular recourses for his students to engage more with astronomy. He clearly loves what he does and does his best to help his students through challenging assignment. Also dreamy.

Best professor you will ever have, NCC is lucky to have him! I am a better person for having taken his class, he cares about your success and will help you if you show him you're putting in the necessary effort. Do not take this class for an easy grade, take it because you want your life to vastly improve and because you want to make mom proud!!

As long as you come to class and pay attention you'll do well. He's really smart and you'll learn things you never thought you would. Plus, he's really hot.

Prof. Bruckner is a great guy. Made a brand new class himself called The Universe. The class is super interesting and covers topics you will not find in any other class at Nassau. Ranging from infinitely small things to the formations of galaxies and the start of our Universe, without getting too complicated or mathematic on you.

If you are taking any Sci courses, make sure this is the professor you get. the other ones you will regret getting and you might either drop or hate the material. This professor teaches you everything, but it doesnt feel like he did. He makes the class fun, seriously. Is a good guy, very clear on what will be on exams and quizzes, gives you all

He's the best teacher you will ever have. Completely enthusiastic. He's hilarious, does a great job of making complicated material simple. The first week or so you may be confused and think "is there a prerequisite needed for this?" but thats just because starcharts seem hard at first.Drops lowest test AND quiz, labs are easy and fun.100% Recommend

Very easygoing, fun class. All the notes are given to you, all the tests come straight from the notes. He's very interested in his topics and knows what he's talking about. Homework's are easy and you know where you stand, grade wise, at all times.

Professor Bruckner is awesome! Textbook is only used for homework and he gives us notes through a packet and powerpoints. Tests are fairly easy if you reread your notes and know what's going on. Just need a little effort for a good grade.

Take his class! He provides a very handy note packet, uses straight forward powerpoints, and TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT WILL BE ON THE TESTS! If that somehow isn't enough for you there's also extra credit! Extremely easy A. Just don't expect to learn much beyond basics or you'll be disappointed. He's very nice/funny/easygoing. Class is enjoyable.

You have to pay attention, read the text & review notes b/c it will be on the tests. I shouldve asked q's when i didnt understand. wanted A ended with B+

He definitely has his favorites in the classes he teaches. He is a funny guy and can make the material easy to learn but its alot of material. Studying and attention are required. He gets off track alot which backs you up in the learning but he does help you out if need be. And he's very involved in the class work.
