Tom helped develop and change my writing from a common high school student to a more mature intellectual. He made me work for it, but as long as the effort was there, it was always acknowledged and rewarded. I'm very glad to have had this professor - highly recommended!

In a word I love tom kealy. I had no idea I had so much appreciation for english until I took his class. Tom really respects the students ideas and pushes students to do their best and work towards those ideas and explore their own unique ideas
