I took Dr. Morgan's class awhile back and it was fabulous. He's one of my all-time favs, and I have nothing but good things to say. UCF lost an awesome professor when he retired, and if you missed the last lecture of the semester, you missed something amazing.

I absolutely enjoyed this class. I took it as an elective thinking I could just get through, but I actually got SO much from this class. Dr. Morgan is one of the most knowledgeable professors out there, with so much to offer! He is now retired, but I will never forget his class!

You can learn a lot by listening to this man, He is very knowledgable. Puts a lot of things into perspective. Has a strong opinion on Global Warming- it'll make you think. Not preachy though. Don't miss the last lecture, whatever you do. make sure you are there!

Dr. Morgan was the most fascinating guy to sit and listen to. I could seriously listen to him speak all day long. I loved that class. I was actually upset at the end of the semester, because it was over. Take any class you can with him ASAP--he's retiring VERY soon.

Dr. Morgan is a great teacher & you will learn alot from his class. The class is pretty interesting overall & I never minded going. Attendance is not mandatory but definitely affects your grade...the tests aren't hard if you go to class & study. You don't need the book & you should take advantage of extra credit points.

Dr. Morgan is a very nice and sincere man. The class is easy and you definitely DO NOT need the book. Sometimes the questions are tricky and specific, but he offers a lot of extra credit points. Sometimes his lectures turned very political and anti-global warming, which was weird. other than that, he's great.

Morgan is one of the most intelligent and hard-working individuals I know. He has such vast real world knowledge in PR and mass media and he transcends that in the classroom. Really helpful during office hours and low text usage. He will be retiring after the spring 2008 semester, so take him while you can. He's great!

An amazing professor. Definetly one of the best classes i ever took at UCF. He is a very nice man with great stories. Tests are NOT super easy, your still going to have to work for it. 90% from PPnotes. but he does offer 6% EC points. Questions are tricky, and do require that you know the material well enough for an A. Take him while you can!

Some of his lectures are pretty boring, but all in all if you listen you will learn a lot about the business. However, his tests are SO hard that I barely pulled out a B.

Morgan is an intellectual, and a lot can be learned from his experience in PR. However, his blatant conservative comments made my blood curdle. Especially because he begins each of these comments with the catch phrase: "Now, I'm not saying this is good, bad, or indifferent, but..." The irony is, most of his lectures are concerning the evils of bias

Morgan is a very wise and experienced PR professional. If you can ignore your own political beliefs and just listen to his underlying points then you can learn so much from this man. I loved going to his classes and talking to him outside of class as well. You will NEVER have to open the book, just go to class and you will definitely get an A!

Nice prof, helpful, succesful in PR. everything comes from the pp lectures he gives in class that are usually about his wealth, how awesome his son is, how unbiased fox news is or how activists are stupid (that was the answer to a question on the final so beware). His gross conservatism made me hate a class I should have loved.

Only take this class if you dig blatant and often offensive conservatism. Things this guy said were consistantly offensive and biased, funny because 99% of his lectures are based on the evils of the media and its bias, and how great the old days were, and how rich he is...he told obvious lies in class, it scares me to think how most buy into it.

Overall a very worthwhile class. He gives the powerpoint slides online, but you must go to class. The examples in class are not explained within the slides, and that is what the questions will be on. Don't bother with the book, really.
