RUN! Do not ever take a class from this person unless you already know the material. Even then, its a "crap shoot." He gave a multiple choice and didn't have the right solutions to half the questions. Then he was mad at the students for not figuring it out until 2 weeks before the final becuase he said they should of noticed earlier.

He did not teach the material clearly and students had to correct his mistakes constantly! it seemed like we knew more than he did. it would have been nice if he had at least shown up for class especially when i drive 45 min. to school. he cancelled just as many classes as we attended. nice person but horrible teacher. take MILNER instead.

Absent more than average, comes to class unprepared, makes more than average mistakes, uses classtime ineffeciently, has multiple choice test. You will get more from reading the book than from attending class, got very little from his class, would strongly recommend against taking his classes.

His teaching skills are pretty average. He was gone a lot without notice. Tests were all multiple choice, but I had trouble finishing in time. He seemed like at one time he knew the material very well, but then sort of forgot a few things over the years. Overall not bad but not good either.

proofs were done halfway, but at least the homework was easy. just use the formulas, it's a breeze. expect class to be canceled w/o notice 5 to 10 times during the term.

All multiple choice tests, no quizes, every other odd problem sets for homework. I never asked him for help but I guess he might have helped you. Its pretty great class. Not hard but not easy. Multiple choice tests can suck times but be the greatest too.
