Professor House is very knowledgable within his field. However, he is very unorganized, is not clear on what he wants (tells students different things) and does not tell you your grade and wants you to figure it out yourself. Would not take again.

Professor House seems like a very nice guy, but is impossible to reach out to. He does not understand technology, so he doesn't respond to emails or properly utilize blackboard. When asked for help he just says we will figure it out as we go. He is often late to class. In addition he is very inconsistent on how he wants things done.

Great professor and I would definitely take him again. He is knowledgeable, organized, and prepared for class. A bit lecture heavy but the class went by quick.

Tommy is a great Professor and he definitely knows what he's talking about. But he's old and isn't very organized and is terrible with technology so if you're not patient you may not like him.

Prof House was a nice guy but the class was terrible. I enjoyed the projects assigned but the class was boring and the exams were impossible, none of the content on the exams was learned in class or in the book. He was all over the place and didn't have clear criteria, graded everything very last minute.

Prof. House was a very nice man but this was a really bad class. He never came prepared, never started class on time, read straight off the powerpoint (definitely not an expert in the subject), boring class, not clear on assignments, the textbook was hard to read. Overall, did not learn anything but it wasn't a really hard class either.

PROF HOUSE GAVE AMAZING INSIGHT ON AFRICAN AMERICAN EXPERIENCES AND CULTURE. HIS OWN PERSONAL STORIES WERE VERY ENLIGHTENING. WE HAVE MUCH TO LEARN IN OUR ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLES OF DIVERSE ETHNICITIES.

Prof House doesn't seem invested in his class or wants the students to learn much. He's more worried about making sure to spend enough time in class for GVSU requirements. Would spend an hour on random stories and discussions that don't apply. Had a coworker teach the first class b/c he was busy.

Lectures about his own unethical practices, as examples of leadership and integrity. Grades subjectively. Will not account for point values. Says, "Its just a feeling." A real disaapointment. I received an A, but felt like I learned nothing from the professor. Hated attending this class.
