Comment:
This class is honestly A LOT of work... 600 words/week & there is a 10-12 page research paper due at the end of the sem. Toni does a great job of keeping the class interesting & is clearly very passionate about the subject. She responds very promptly & gives extensive feedback. But I wouldn't recommend the class due to the large amount of work.

DON'T TAKE HER! She was a very hard grader and critical of everything you write. I had her for a summer course and she had just revised it. We posted every day Mon-Fri and an essay was do every week. For the tests she makes you write three essays that are timed and she doesn't give you the prompts a head of time. The final essay is over 10 pages.

Just finished her online summer class and would recommend it. You do quick discussions 3 times per week and 8 mini essays, sounds like its alot but i spent only 6 hours a week total and got an A. Much less than non online! Downside is the term paper but its required for upper GE

This professor was very hard. I took her online class and there are only 100 points total in the class. Losing one point is losing one percent of your grade. She offers no Extra Credit. There is 11 essays of 350 words each, a 10pm term paper, a midterm and final. Its al too much for an online summer class

There is no more extra credit offered in this course, fyi! That means all of your points are generated from essays, discussions, tests, and term paper. She is a generous grader, though.

Took her online course over the summer. She is very understanding, so if you have any problems just send her an email. Seminar essays and discussion comments are easy points, so don't miss them! Make sure to include sources from the readings and lecture notes for the midterm/final. I lost a few points bcuz I didn't include sources from the readings

I took her online course in the summer and it seemed overwhelming in the beginning, but it was a piece of cake. Weekly assignments, mid-term & final are essay questions. All open book. She gives lots of extra credits. My work was half ass and i passed with a A-.
