If you are a reasonably good student, you will love the class since he shows you how to build a system from scratch. If you are a poor student, you will not do very well since he expects you to do the work assigned and he doesn't wet nurse you or hold your hand. Since this is a upper-division class he expected more out of me.

The Worst Teacher I have ever had. Not even close to being a good teacher. I don't even know if i can call him a teacher...he didn't teach me anything. He cared more about the Apprentice and writing memos than databases, which the class was supposed to be about.

Complete waste of time. He is stuck in a previous century, and still teaching there. Teaching concepts that apply to 1 database product and claiming they apply to all, should be teaching buisness politics not computers, what does the apprentice have to do with databases?

A whiz at database tech. Explains his arguments clearly and helps out when ever needed. Gave me a A+ for effort when I deserved a B+! If you have questions go see him. 1 hour in class is not enough time to get answer to tough questions.
