This is honestly the worst professor I've ever had at the university. He doesn't teach anything. He rambles on. If you've seen one of his lectures you've pretty much seen them all. Common themes include "The Three Amigos," "I wouldn't do it that way," "if I was the one that designed this," "I'm not a programmer, I'm a modeler," and "I hate coding."

don't take him, simple as that, worst professor @ the university, his tests r rediculous, u could copy off the website & still get it wrong, his website is boring & the worst ever created, when the scroll bar is a millimeter thick u kinda loose interest right away, his labs suck & he makes u install java which killed my machine, DO NOT TAKE HIM

HES A HORRIBLE TEACHER! The labs help you to get a decent grade but the tests are ridiculous! I couldnt stand his class and the only good thing about him is he doesnt take attendance. DO NOT TAKE HIM!

A good course, good instructor. Style of teaching isn't ordinary and if you are used to ordinary, like me, then his labs will drive you crazy. Talks alot about how he taught for 36 years, in 3 continents, etc. Do all his lab redos, likes to see people learn for themselves rather than give answers

Excellent professor. He repeats himself alot "I have been teaching for 36 years, in 3 continents,..." And he has a very different way of doing things; but he is always trying to help. Very nice "normalizations" Class seems very difficult when taking it, but you will learn alot and usually get an A.

Easiest A ever! Getting this guy off on a tangent is simple! Watch out when you go to his office, he'll talk to you for hours. Really nice, one of my favorite profs in the University. Hes got a great outlook on education and is facinating to talk to!
