IF youre a history major and really love to read alot everyday and remember insignificant details this is the guy for you. He's interesting and makes the subject interesting but wants you to remember every single person he mentions or the book mentions. I worked harder in this class than almost any other and made a C+.

I would not recomend this teacher unless you want to spend every second of your time out of class studying for his tests just to make a C. Unless you are a glutton for punishment, have a photographic memory, or are great at remembering every single little detail you do not want this class. Also he has a very heavy accent and is hard to understand.

I like that he is very tiny, and the way he says scroll like squirrel, but as i sit in the library at 3:30 in the AM with the end NOWHERE in sight for studying for his final exam, i realize that that his class is a "trick" in the words of benetto croche

Work load is unreal and expectation is over the top for a 200 level.Emphasis on names and terms over essay. Doesnt like personal opinion , so essentially write what he wants to hear, just the facts. Lecture format can be confusing. Curves tests. DO NOT TAKE THIS IF YOU NEED THE CREDIT. That said he has a great personality and is a really nice guy.

The only good thing abt this class was the information. His "quizes" which are tests are ridiculous and he expects you to basically memorize your notes. He offers help outside of class but he basically isnt very helpful.

Do not take his class. The man loves history and is a nice guy but a terrible teacher! I cant understand a word he says because he cant speak english well and his tests and quizzes are impossible. You are expected to know more for one quiz than some classes do for their final exams!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! He barely speaks English, he makes no sense and has no idea what he is talking about. I have a 3.5 and I'm dropping because I'm failing!!! Way to demanding; it's IMPOSSIBLE to actually succeed in this class. You will REGRET ever signing up for this class. And if you do, you better drop during the drop/add period! HE SUCKS!!

Nice man and knows his stuff but the whole time in class have to be constantly trying to take notes to keep up with what he is saying. Did okay in the class but on the final paper I got an F--! -was not a bad paper either. Find a better prof.
