His English is a bit broken, and so it makes it hard to understand what he says. His powerpoints are very nice and easy to follow. When you ask him a question, he sometimes doesn't answer it properly because he mishears. He closes his Smartsite, so be sure to download everything for future reference. He doesn't talk about labs at all!

Worse Professor of the EE department that I have ever encountered. Lectures through powerpoint. Gives practice exams, but they do not help for any of the actual exams. He makes understanding concepts difficult, and even the TA graded everything with such high expectations.

Uses the excuse "I had brain surgery" for everything, barely understandable, perpetually confused, asks TA to answer all questions, no help whatsoever (see perp. confused). Have to teach myself the entire material. Had us buy the book, never uses it or even refer to it.

To be honest, if you payed any attention in Physics 9C, this class would be very easy. Just take notes on his slides and do your homework. His office hours are very helpful. Yes, he's a little hard to understand, but he is very straightforward and very willing to help.

I don't understand how come he is still teaching after all the poor comments he has gotten on this site. Although he does make an effort, he is still totally incomprehensible. He should not be teaching undergrad classes where students are being exposed to core material needed for succeeding classes.

Worst professor I've seen in the EE department; remember, this is out of engineers. Incomprehensible lectures; he usually just mumbles and reads off of (borrowed!) powerpoint slides. Inaccurate prerequsites; chose a book outside all of the students' realm, then told us it was our fault for wanting it. Avoid.

He is a very helpful professor at understanding the material (handouts/ppts), but he is a VERY hard grader. Average grade is a C. Make sure to take advantage of his handouts...they make the material MUCH easier. I retook e17 since failing it with Current (WORST PROFESSOR!) Take this professor if you wanna learn circuits!
