Comment:

He goes very slowly, and will cover the same topic two of three classes in a row without adding anything new. I wouldn't normally be against this, but due to this he is forced to create weekend classes for test review, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Had him for ELEC311... he gave an easy midterm but a harder final. Told us he would give us all the formulas but didnt. Dont take his word for anything. Study everything and you might do well on the final.

I really smile when I remember Mr. Ramachandran. Took ENGR 233 in the summer with him. He made it so easy for us. Tested us on exactly what he taught in class. No surprises what so ever. Easy mid terms easy finals that test your knowledge but without being cruel. I highly highly suggest taking engr 233 in the summer with him.

He's half deaf and doesn't answer questions. He also refuses to do examples, it's all theory with him. His midterms were a joke, but there was stuff on the final which he said would not be on it, we trusted him because he was the course coordinator. Overall, not too bad, but consider attending a different teacher's lectures.

Yes, he's VERY slow.. but I highly suggest you DO take him, simply because his exams are fair (and mostly predictable) and if you do better on the final he won't consider your midterm. He's also more than willing to answer any questions you may have (''Don't worry, I will not get angry with you my dear friend..!'')

ELEC 365 was easy as hell. Midterm for 365 was a joke, final too, but study the 2 last chapters to make sure you'll ace it. 370 was hard and confusing. Attend all 370 classes, but you can skip all 365 and get an A.

I've had this professor for 3 classes and received A's in every class. (Including two A+'s). He is very easy. However, he is easy for the wrong reasons. Does not teach well. He algorithmizes everything. If you value actually learning, I advise you to stay away from him. It's hard to convey just how little you'll actually learn despite getting an A.

Best teacher I had! I am totally clueless about electical stuff, but going to his classes and taking his notes was exremelly helpful. he makes everyhing very clear and easy to grasp. u dont really need a book just make sure u go to class. But his exams r not as easy as he says so be careful. I would take this guy again in a heartbeat!

Got him in 365 and 370. He takes forever to explain simple concepts at the beginning of the semester and than rushes last parts (harder). Super easy midterms, tricky finals with stuff only barely covered. Gives basic process without going further pretending students should work it out. Got very good grades with hijm but he really not is a good teac

The labs are HARD. The finals are hard but his notes are crystal clear so go to class or copy from someone. Textbook is not needed. Try practice finals, they are super difficult and long, you NEED to practice them even though his notes are great. Really nice guy but doesn't like it when you talk so shush.

Ramachandran is a very helpful teacher. His notes are gold. The textbook was not used in class. You could easily get by without it. He even makes funny jokes from time to time.
