Stalk up on highlighters because Vince loves em! Prepare for a lot of highlighting. Midterms and finals are a breeze as long as you memorize the lists he gives you. Visitations are a grade dropper for sure. Very specific to formatting and standards standards standards! Good luck trying to read his printing, nobody can. Very passionate!

Vince is a great teacher and he really is passionate about the recreation industry. He really wants his students to grasp the concepts of what he is trying to teach, but overall, he is a fair marker and he is willing to help you out, if you ask. Take all his notes and remember all the "lists" he preaches as they will most likely be all the exams.

As long as you follow his guidelines, you will get a decent mark. He is very picky about certain things, so just listen to what he has to say and don't argue. He is a hard marker when it comes to projects, but his tests are a breeze. Get out your highlighters folks! You will definitely need them.

Very informative and realible teacher. Make sure to consitantly follow up with him and give a decent effort and he will work for you aswell. Major project tip: just hand it in! You will make up your mark on the Exams & assignments. If you are passionate about Rec&Leisure, he will notice and help you succeed!

He is a very hard marker on major projects and will ding you for a dot or smudge on your paper. He will also take out his ruler and measure the margins, if he says 1' margins, he means 1' margins!! His exams are basically his midterm, plus a few new stuff. Overall he is a good instructor. Knows his stuff about the rec field.

He marks super hard on the major project, but if you actually just follow the standards and not be a rebel you'll do fine. Exams are easy if you study. Whoever says he has no people skills probably has none themselves and can't learn how to interact with different personalities.

Wow...this class really opened my eyes..I was freaking out about his class.I had heard that not alot of people are successful in recieving good marks for hs major project.But he is a great instructor, and I did pretty good actually.I did better in his class than any of my other ones. Vince helps you out and wants you to succeed. Its a great course
