Take notes, show up to class, he has a website for lectures w/ practice questions & answers. If you study enough you will do well. Just use the resources he gives you. Great prof. One of the best at pace. And dry but comical humor (and I hate science but got an A, never happened before)

below me your just stupid. yeah he had technical difficulties but who doesnt. and everyone complains about stuff. this prof is awesome he's really understanding willing to help tries his hardest to engage the students and to make you not only pass the class but pass it with a good grade. Really nice guy overall. I definatly recommend!

complains about everything: his computer, the dry erase markers, the copy machine, how his copies don't match his.. he's very disorganized and rarely ready for class. automatically assumes that you're a cheater. doesn't write down where he started and ended in lectures so he spends 10 mins trying to figure out where we were. i wouldn't recommend him.

Unorganized. Goes off topic often. Not much of a scientist. Nice enough guy, however. Discrepancies in notes. Numbers were approximated and used all sorts of measurements? KM here, M there, and then FT and too? Were these notes pulled from the internet? Thats how I studied for the tests.. Thank goodness for Google!

Needed a Lab Science last summer. Show up to class and pay attention. The study guide is pretty much the test. Take it if you need a sciece, but be prepared to work. I got an A or A- I think - and I am NOT a science whiz.

What section were you sitting in? I couldn’t disagree more. I learned soooo much in this course. While he is not real astronomer, I found this prof. to be knowledgeable, very thought-provoking, and well prepared. He was set up with his Apple for a 7 am class! and had numerous handouts at that time! Who isn’t opinionated about the origin of life in

NOT a professor. He is extremely disorganized, and usually unprepared. Great GPA booster if you actually do work and participate. Plus, his tests will KILL you unless you really know the material. I don't recommend you take him unless you have to fulfil a core requirement. He has a lot of opinions, and a lot of facts he 'cannot recall at the moment

Fun class, wasn't sure how it would go but ended up being worth it. One of the only sciences you can actually use after the class ends. i suggest it for students who aren't too science savvy. The professor is easy to understand and will help if you need it.
