She's a very nice and reliable professor. A LOT of work, (ITEP students good luck)! Labs are tough but she's always available for questions and responds to emails fairly quickly. Quizzes every week, 3 exams (NEED TO STUDY). She does want you to succeed; take advantage and ask questions or go to office hours!

Comment:

Her class was one of the hardest classes Ive ever taken. If youre in ITEP then good luck, but I heard she never failed an ITEP student, and I do believe that to be true. I stopped reading the book half way through, but I should have continued. Gives a quiz every week, sometimes twice. And her three midterms, and final are really hard. Good luck!

You will get A LOT of work for this class. I have never had so many assignments going on for one class at one time. However, I hated biology and science in general before taking this class and I now feel like I have a better grasp of the subject. She is very helpful and does want you to succeed. But you definitely have to work for the grade you get

This is a difficult class with difficult content. Understandably, her tests are... difficult! This class is NOT an easy A(or B) and slackers should avoid her. You will work hard for and earn your grade, BUT, she is there to help you do it. Lots of office hours, very willing to assist students when they need extra help. Heavy use of technology.

she is nuts.the lecture notes wont be posted till midnight or morning of a quiz.No partial points on anything even if you did the entire thing right till the end N theres this single little mistake all are points are knocked off.I understood the material well but her grading just sucks.N be ready to have more exams n quizzes then more what u learn

There are so many things wrong with this professor that I'm surprised she is still teaching. She is useless during office hours and rushes you the entire time and/or makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Most of her lectures are out of the book and don't offer any supplemental information mostly because she doesn't know much. Avoid her!
