Professor Park is no doubt one of the best Econ professors at AU. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always excited about his field, which is more than others can say. If you want an introduction into econ, or like microeconomics take him. I honestly had no idea what it was about before his class, and now I'm planning to minor in it.

Oh my goodness I love Professor Park. I went in with next to no interest in Micro and he completely turned that around. He applies a policy focus to every topic we learn, which is helpful for SIS and SPA students. I would highly recommend him for people not interested in micro, he is incredible!! Also very silly and fun.

Park is a very good professor. He is fun and has the admirable ability to command a lecture hall, a skill not many professors can harness. Take his class if you can because if you put forth a decent effort you'll almost certainly get an A. I would highly recommend him for any ECON class.

Park is an adorable teacher. He's funny in an awkward teacher kind of way. He teaches a large lecture class but he's a very good lecturer. His class was entertaining and highly informative, one of the few classes I truly enjoyed over the course of the semester. The textbook isn't really necessary in his class; there's really no need to buy it.

Great professor. Loves his job and the subject, will talk with anyone who needs it. Attendance is randomly taken, and doesnt hurt you but adds to extra credit if you show up. Two midterms, scantron, a final and 2x two page papers (easy). Involves the class and makes it interesting! Definitely take this class

Walter Park is the best economics professor that AU has to offer. Although sometimes he's a little blue, his cute puppy dog face just makes you want to hug him. He's also VERY funny and has a wonderful personality.

A lot of what Park teaches is from a specific school of economics, so be aware that there are other views out there to explore. His practice tests are much harder than his actual tests, but trust me, you'll want to do them. He's a good teacher and a good guy, and knows a lot about stuff outside of economics.

I took both macro and micro economics. He's such a good teacher. I changed my major to economics. He makes you understand the material really easily. I saw some kids being arrogant and saying that he's too easy, but non of them pulled A so.. He's just really GOOD teacher and also if you get to know him through his office hour,that is wonderful!

Was mildly in love with him. He tells these really cute funny stories and is into puns, and also has a LOT of background info and true stories that illustrate the principles we discussed. It was a huge lecture class but I never fell asleep like I did in my first Econ class.

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! Great sense of humor, great personality, uses Powerpoint which makes it easy to take notes, and doesn't assign a lot of work. All you have is two exams, five reaction papers, and 10 weekly Aplia assignments. Not hard at all. Take this class!
