Overall an easy class he grades on a curve of about 10-12% which helps. The material isn't all that hard either just show up and you should get atleast a B in the class. The only thing that was a problem in this class was the observation assignment and that could be easily faked for a B or better. Take this class if you want an easy grade.

Wow was that class easy! Worst grade I got was a 93%. Every class you go over the lecture before - constant review. Very interested in his work. Loves to draw things out over and over. Shows interesting slideshows that are organized for every single lecture. Full use of blackboard. GPA booster

Horrible class. I thought it would be interesting but definetely isn't. Extremely boring. I study hard and barely pass tests each time, although you can bring up the grade with quizzes which you can do with groups and worksheets. I have a 65% and am getting a C. At least he curves. Very unhelpful.

very nice guy, and very knowledgeable on the subject. Has tons of info to share. His only problem is that he seems to have a hard time connecting with students. Seems uncomfortable interacting with us at times.

Prof. Osbourn is my favorite professor. While he doesn't do anything noticable to make the class fun and informative, there's something about him that makes you feel like he's teaching directly to you. As long as you do the work, which is not excessive, you wiil love Prof. Osborn.

His tests are freaking hard! He words them funny on purpose to see how well you read them. I studied hours for each test, and never got anything better than a B. He gives study guides that are like 4 pages long. He tries to be funny, and doesn't always succeed.

Osborn's class is EXTREMELY boring. Most of the class sleeps through the lecture. Tests are very tricky. Homework assignments and online quizzes are pretty easy. If you read the notes and find elaborations for the notes in your book, you'll do ok. Remember the class is extremely BORING.
