He is an amazing teacher. He includes everything he will teach you on the syllabus. There is no pop quizzes. He is a funny, smart, respected man. He has many interesting stories. You won't regret taking him. He is also very understanding. If you do what you are suppose to do, you will get a good grade in his class.

He is the man. plain and simple. Lectures are basically just stories about his life as an Attorney which puts what he is teaching you into real life scenerios. Funny guy and I actually looked forward to going to his class. Barley keeps you the whole time also.

Witherwax is awesome. This class is so much fun and he really makes every second interesting. Very knowledgeable and you'll learn a lot. VERY little work, but he can be a bit of a tough grader. Midterm, Final, and 3 quizzes. Good class to take.

Great class at even 8 am. Quizes and tests you are allowed to use the penal law book, all you have to do is work out the fact patterns (which are easy to do if you paid half attention in class). Overall you will learn a hell of a lot of material, but its all so interesting. Good stories and real like experiences. Gets the class involved too.

One of my favorite classes! Great guy...makes the class fun and interesting. Not a lot of work. Short tests straight from the class notes. If you show up you'll do well. Really cool guy...i would def take his class again. If you can take him for both CrimProI and CrimProII you should!!!
