He's totally a politician. Good orator, crappy lecture topics. 1st semester is mostly useless documentation. 2nd is a race to the finish. Be Warned! He will NOT let you know when to start coding! Meet with your client frequently, because THEY are the ones that will keep you on task (hopefully). As for Zage, appease him. Then wash off the filth.

Really professional and awesome professor who knows what he is doing. One of the only professors I had at BSU with actual industry experience. Brought opportunities dealing with SERC to class to help students. He is very thorough and always willing to discuss. Truly one of the best professors at BSU

Never have I had a professor so caught up in the meaningless things he's done and tried to pass off as some spectacular. Learning software engineering in this class was a joke!!

Probably the most professional professer in the dept. Most always "chipper". Very supportive & encouraging. You can tell this guy actually likes teaching the material, and his optimism is catching. Takes pride in his students and in his work.
