Terrible. Just terrible. You can tell he abuses his tenure by the way he fails to teach. On the first day, her made a comment along the line of "well, many of you should know some of the basics of accounting..." NO. NO WE DON'T. THATS WHY WE ARE IN THIS CLASS. Class average on exams hovered around the 50's. Class was different than the book.

Dr. Clark is a good guy. If you show interest in his lectures and stop by his office he will let you know how you are doing in his class. Some of the material i hard to understand, it's accounting. That's why accountants get paid the big bucks. Not everyone can comprehend the material no matter how it is presented.

I would not recommend. He almost teaches like he expects you to know everything already. Makes people feel stupid when they ask questions. Also his tests are not much like the homeworks, lots of trick questions. I might pass, but still don't understand much in accounting, so my adviser told me to retake with a different professor.

Cr. CLark's class was a great class to take, and i recomend that every accounting major take him. He gave a few pop quizzes, but he usually hinted to when the would be. Test are kinda hard, but he tells you what to study. An easy A if you apply yourself, i would go to class every day because he goes over everything in detail. he does give bonuses.

He is very nice and he has some funny stories!! You must do your homework. He has one test each time that every person in the class gets a bad grade on (F) for most students! He does re-give the test and walks you through the orig. test to try to help. Read your book and you will be fine!

Dr. Clark is a terrible teacher. His lectures are unorganized, his tests are never over lecture, and his quizzes only hurt your grade. The only thing that made me pass was going to SI because we did all the homework. If you have to take this guy, make sure you leave a spot open for SI, or you will fail.

The worst teacher besides the one that I took in Education. Horrible! Doesn't teach a thing, expects you to know everything before going into it. Homework is BS and busy work, to many problems for just a few points. Very unorganized, you will have to teach yourself everything. SI didn't even help! Avoid if you can!
