Lectures are important - ANYTHING he says may be put on the exam. That's the only problem, what you think you need to know is not what he thinks you need to know. Exams can be a little ridiculous, but labs are a breeze. Most people got a 100 lab average. Super easy labs, but exams are crazy. Brewer is a nice and very knowledgeable man. Great guests

The class is pretty painless, but I found it to be boring. The exams aren't horrible, but it always seemed that he knew what I was studying and decided to put the opposite on the exam. The labs are fun, painless, and a big chunk of your grade, so if you don't do great on the exams, the labs boost your grade

You have to attend 10/11 labs to receive all credit, but attendance for lectures are mandatory. Brewer is an awesome professor and so is everyone else that teaches this course with him. If you are looking for a fairly easy non-business chem lab, take this one!!

This class is very cool. Brewer doesn't teach half of the time but you have actual forensic experts come in and lecture about very interesting topics! Labs are not very hard either. If you are looking for a fairly easy lab science, take this class!

This class can be really interesting but parts of it are really boring. You have several people lecture from SLED and Brewer does not attend those lectures, so the exams don't always seem to have information covered. Labs are really easy and overall the class is fun.

Dr. Brewer is a ****. His class is really interesting. Definately an good class. His final is worse than a five finger prostate examination. He is always screwing around on the golf course and never in his office. If you go there he tries to kick you out as fast as he can. He really doesn't care about his students, knows no ones name.

Brewer is a really cool professor. He knows forensics inside and out. The material is interesting and the tests aren't that bad. Plus, homework isn't graded.

Amazing teacher, I absolutely enjoyed this class. The labs are fun as well, be careful during the end of the semester when the lady teachs, that 3rd test will blindside you. The grading is so fair, I highly reccomend this course to anybody, not just CJ majors.
