Kitchin is amazing though he is retiring after the end of this school year though which sucks. Had him for 4 classes and learned a lot. Not too hard either. No quizzes and just 2 test and the final. Daily case briefs though but they only took 15 min. Glad that I got the chance to take him so many times

Dr. Kitchin is the best professor I've had thus far at Loyola. He is incredibly interesting and has a great sense of humor. Reading for class and doing daily brief assignments is a must, but it is all pretty interesting stuff you have to read. If I won the lottery, I would definitely build a William Kitchin School of Law for Loyola. Great guy.

I just finished up my third and last semester with Kitchin. I love the man to death and he is one of the best professors at Loyola. Challenging tests, but other than that it is not too bad. If you put lots of effort into the paper and go to his office, you will do well on it. Got an A in all three of his PS300 courses. Definitely take Kitchin!!! :)

Dr. Kitchin is my favorite professor on campus. This was the second class I took with him. He is engaging, hlepful, and very sarcastic. If you are interested in Law you must take a class with him. As long as you are prepared for class you will do well.

Took him for American Politics. He's very funny and is very passionate about Politics. Take him if you have an interest in Law School, it will be extremely useful to you in the future. He's a FANTASTIC teacher. Tests are straightforward. Tells you exactly what he wants, just be specific with your explanations and you'll do well.

I took Kitchin for American Politics and liked him, but he really excels in the upper levels (I took him for Civil Lib I and Crime). You can tell this is his area of expertise and he is really clear and excited about the topic. Class is fun and energetic and people are interested in being there. Kitchin is my absolute favorite prof @ Loyola!!

Hands down my favorite teacher at Loyola. I learn so much from his classes that is valuable and stuff I actually remember. He is so funny, outgoing, and very approachable. Workload a little heavy and he is a tough grader but A's are possible!

The class average is supposed to be an 80. If it is higher, there is a problem with grade inflation. Kitchin was a good professor. A little unclear on the tests initially, but you get the hang of it. Paper is difficult, but doable.

A very interesting class that is invaluable to students planning on going to Law School. Dr. Kitchin is a riot and is very likeable. However, expect to be put on the spot occassionally and if you want to do better than a C on his tests, you MUST go talk to him during his office hours and get a very clear explanation of what he is looking for.

I love Dr. Kitchin! Easily one of the best teachers I've ever had. He is challenging but it's definitely possible to get a good grade in the class. The tests are hard but fair. You come out of the class feeling you've learned a lot. He's got a great sense of humor too. Take him!

He is one of the funniest people i've ever met. Great southern accent that adds to his hysterical dry humor. Also super smart!
